We understand that the processes for getting started might feel overwhelming at first. At E.P. Monitoring, we take pride in helping the process to be as efficient and seamless as possible.
This is a general overview of what will happen when you are ready to contact us.
- The individual in need of monitoring or their representing party will contact us once a bondsman and bond/bail have been established. At this time, please make sure to have the conditions of release available in order to expedite the process.
- After speaking with one of our agents, provided an agreement has been reached between our company and the individual or representing party, we will establish a meeting place. This can be the facility/jail, or an agreed upon and satisfactory meeting place.
- At this meeting, all necessary paperwork will be completed. This includes the intake form, payment authorization form, rules and requirements and any other official contracts.
- Upon signing and agreeing upon the terms of services, the agent will then enter the facility to meet with the client and review the rules and agreements.
- The agent will then install the ankle monitor and make sure that it is comfortable. At this time, the agent will also answer any questions about the use and care of the monitor.
- The agent will then leave and the client is able to resume his or her normal life provided that they adhere to the rules outlined in their conditions of release, with their bondsman and establish connection with E.P. Monitoring as agreed upon.
As we have previously stated, it is our goal to have an agent on site within four hours of your request. The process above should take 30-60 minutes provided that all conditions are met and agreed upon.
